Well, to say that I have been a SLACKER on updating our blog with be a HUGE understatement. I am not sure if I should start from where we are now, or go backwards........I have so many things I need to get on here, but I will get to it. I think I just need to start fresh and go forward. Well, there have been quite a few changes in our house and they all happened pretty quickly.
In November Lance was offered a new job and after really thinking and praying about it we decided he should take it. He hated to leave his old company but we both knew it was the best thing for our family and it was an opportunity he could not pass up. The good thing is he still gets to work with his old company which is awesome since he loved all of them so much. His boss, Fred was a huge mentor and someone Lance really looked up to, so I am so glad he is able to still keep in touch with him. He is really enjoying his new job and I am so thankful for that!!
I am now a FULL time stay at home mom since January and it has been WONDERFUL! It is so nice to just focus on our home and family and not worry about work. I am still super busy.....I don't sit around and eat bon bons like some people think......ha! The only difference is my work is now fully centered around my family and now I have my evenings with my husband. I can actually cook dinner and keep up with the laundry and cleaning (well.....that is most of the time). Now, I just need to get a set schedule and I will feel a little better. We are getting there.
I am just so thankful for a husband who supports me and is always here to help me with anything I need. There are great sacrifices that come with staying at home, but I know this is right where I should be right now and that is all that matters. The sacrifices are SOOOOO worth the time I have with my kiddos.
Now, I will be back to updating my blog weekly. I thought as soon as I stayed at home I could do this right away.....that didn't happen. But this is my goal for April. I feel like I have missed out on a whole year, but I can't wait to begin documenting again.
Davis and Katelyn are growing so much....more about those two to come......that is if I have any readers left.

Thank you so much for your encouraging words, you are so sweet and it really means a lot to me. I had no idea that you had to go through all that too. I am going to ask my doctor about Metformin and see if that is something I can try. Thanks for the pick me up and support- I needed it. :)
